VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa Flow synchronizes movement with breath to create a sequence that gets you out of your head and into your body. We start with stretching, moving into sun salutations and dynamic standing postures, then onto seated postures, and finishing with stretching and relaxation.
YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while providing a deep stretch for your joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Supported poses are held on the floor with limited intensity for 3-5 minutes.
Hatha YOGA
Hatha yoga utilizes a series of specific standing and floor asanas (postures) to clear energy blockages, build new energy, and create stability and calmness in the body and mind. Postures incorporate breathwork and are typically held longer. A complete practice includes asana, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation.
These classes are perfect if you have a busy life or busy mind, you feel anxious or ungrounded, you want to feel calmer, and you want to improve your concentration and meditation practice.
VinYASA/Yin Yoga
A combination of active Yang-based Vinyasa Flow, and the counter-practice of Yin. The combination of the two styles brings internal balance and harmony to the body and mind.

For those located in the Nassau/New Providence area - private individual and group yoga sessions are available with the ability to cater a class to benefit your body, from beginners to experienced yogis. Whether you are feeling like more of a workout, a gentle flow, or meditative postures, we can create a sequence based on your preferences.
I specialize in teaching private classes to individuals, couples, and groups. Please let me know if you are pregnant or have any medical issues when you request to book.
